Yeah, that's a possibility.  Unfortunately I'm not sure how that file
is being generated.  And the odd part is, how does PHP handle this
gracefully?  I'm not a pro in tikiwiki, but I'm proficient in PHP, and
I guess under normal circumstances, PHP should choke as soon as this
file is included!

Once the new language files are in svn, the language file from webroot/lang/fa can be moved to webroot/language_files/fa/
