Using trunk builds 20030410 on winxp, macosx and linux ...
... there are other menu items that are still enabled that should

- File|New|Folder  
- File|Subscribe|    (in my test I checked the only unchecked folder RECYCLE-OUT)
- Tools|Search Messages
- Tools|Run Filters on Folder

Error received "The current command did not succeed. The mail server
repsonded:Command CREATE not supported"

commands mentioned in comment 34 are the context menus:

NB: That was +/- MAS 1.4.

I don't know if this was fixed since then.
