440229 - Unable to drag bookmarks left in bookmarks toolbar subfolders

With the bookmarks toolbar containing folders and subfolders of bookmarks.  One is unable to drag bookmarks to subfolders that open on the left of parent folder.  When attempting to drag bookmarks to subfolder that open on the left of parent folder, the subfolder is displayed as per normal but once the mouse reaches the edge of parent folder the subfolder on left disappears.   

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create folder of bookmarks containing subfolders of bookmarks near right edge of bookmark toolbar.
2.make sure there are bookmarks with long names forcing subfolder to open left of parent instead of default right of parent
3.Drag new bookmark to subfolder of parent which opens left of parent
Actual Results:  
Subfolder of parent bookmarks folder which opens on left of parent dissapears when draging new bookmark to subfolder

Expected Results:  
Subfolder does not dissapear and allows draging of bookmarks onto it
