his looks like the blink CSS is being applied to all of the text...

it still happens even with version 3.6.9 under safe mode
no problem with Google Chrome 5.0.375.99
I think this is probably a problem with the webpage. Have you contacted their authors?

There is a blink tag applied to the text through css (style txt4). Closing as invalid
