I have used FireFox for viewing and analyzing XML audit files from my solaris systems. The DTD provided by sun formats the lines in an easy to view format. In Firefox 3, only a small portion of the data is displayed in the incorrect format.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Unzip attached file.
2.Edit the xml file and make sure the references to the adt_record* files point to their actual location on your system. These are the DTD and XSL stylesheets.
3.View the xml file in firefox3 and firefox 2.
Actual Results:  
I have included screenshots of the rendering in both version 2 & 3 of firefox. I have also verified that it also renders incorrrectly on Windows, not just Linux. Only a small portion of the data appears on the screen in an unformatted state.

Expected Results:

I will attach a zip file that contains all of the relevant files for this bug.

as a result of tighter security controls on local files (documents from file:// URLs can only open files in the same or lower directories) some local docs will not work the same... given the default URLs in the example, this is almost certainly the case here.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.8 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
