Today http://addons.mozilla.org takes me to https://addons.mozilla.org/ca/firefox/, I would expect en-US because I have this locale in the browser active or /de/ because of my IP. Steve England had been redirected yesterday evening to the German locale, but he is en-GB.

Actually, that's not a dupe. If people are being taken to a locale they can't possibly want, this is different behavior than bug 439568, where somebody *asked* for Japanese, just expected a mapping from en -> en-US to be preferred over it.

CCing mrz, because I still cannot reproduce, which leads me to believe, the Dutch netscalers have been caching redirect they shouldn't have. Can you either partially flush just that, or flush the AMO cache over there once?
Also, CCing morgamic to make sure he agrees on the netscaler flush.

Arch: can you try again and see if that fixed the problem for you?
