Previous appearance
While attachment 325867 [details] [diff] [review] restores the folder pickers to the account manager in SeaMonkey the icons are no longer shown. Screenshots to follow.

I've just checked Thunderbird, icons are missing on all the folder lists in the "Server Settings" and "Copies and Folders" panes, they seem ok in the Junk Settings pane.

I suppose it would help if I referenced a css file that actually exists.
