On the Finish page, we both update the text of the various steps as we complete them (setting preferences -> preferences set) and mark them with a checkmark.  These two changes are redundant, and they make the meaning strange, since it signifies that we're completing the completion of a task rather than simply completing the task.

We should use either checkmarks or text changes, and since checkmarks are less jarring and easier to understand (because less changes, and because you don't have to re-read text you think you've already read), we should use them and leave the text the same.
