Before the update, if I dragged an image to the desktop it moved to wherever I dragged it to. Now, after I move it to the desktop it automatically snaps it as if my desktop was set to auto arrange. If I drag it to a folder, it snaps the folder too.

Actual Results:  
Drag image to desktop or folder on the desktop.

Expected Results:  
Either placed it on the desktop where it was drug to or place it in the folder with was drug to without moving the folder.
This partially dupes 436986, which only mentions the folder case.
I've confirmed this on OS X 10.4.11, and that Firefox 2 doesn't
do this.
