User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008061004 Firefox/3.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008061004 Firefox/3.0 Firefox 3.0 is supposed to support ICC color profiles. On a friends Intel-Mac it works, on my PowerPC-Macs it does not. Example sites: http://www.color.org/version4html.xalter http://www.fotocommunity.de/pc/pc/mypics/435997/display/5330766 http://www.fotocommunity.de/pc/pc/mypics/572427/display/4763821 On my PowerPC-Mac (OSX 10.5.3) the sites above work fine in Safari 3, but not in Firefox 3. Reproducible: Always

Are you using a custom made colour-profile for your monitor? (I don't see any problem on my side, btw)
It turnes out that FF 3.0 comes with deactivated ICC color profile settings. You have to set the preferences manually via 'about:config' from FALSE to TRUE and it works after a restart: gfx.color_management.enabled > TRUE Also described here: "The good news is that Firefox 3 does include full support for color profiles. The bad news is that color profile support will be turned off by default when Firefox 3 ships." http://www.dria.org/wordpress/archives/2008/04/29/633/

It was that simple then. Thanks for the feedback anyway.
