There needs to be a way to veto link navigation.

With today's build of Webclient and M16 you can safely issue navigation.stop() in the START_DOCUMENT_LOAD event handler.

You can stop navigation now. Verified on WinNT4 SP4, Netscape61_RELEASE branch, JAVADEV_6_1_20010831 branch.
