Details

We need more indications on whether our crash frequency in Firefox is going up or down. We should automatically scan the contents of forum threads and search queries on SUMO for words like "crash" and "hang", and then monitor how that number goes up or down over time.

Similar to bug 441281, we could also generate a report including the source forum threads if applicable. The same keyword search could also be done for Crash Reports, and the information could then be used on SUMO to better help users by knowing which bug is the most likely to have caused the crash.
Isn't this what http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/ is for?
