Details

When using the "Open in new Tab" feature and you have tabs set to load in the background (ie, don't switch the focused tab) then it would be nice if Flash wasn't started until the tab was focused. Example use case: Opening a youtube.com video in a background tab. It will start right up in the tab in the background meaning the user will have to change the tab and rewind. Ciao!
