If a non-highlighted link contains both bold and non-bold text, clicking in the bold part and dragging only shows the bold text being dragged.  Likewise for the non-bold parts on either side of the bold text.  This happens all the time in Google search pages.  I can't imagine this is expected behavior (it should show the entire link being dragged), but I couldn't find this bug already filed.  It's kind of hard to explain, so if I didn't make any sense, I'll be happy to try to clarify.
