When you add a custom panel to a product in the Dashboard tab, it doesn't get saved. After adding any desired panel just refresh the page and the panel is lost despite saving it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select any product and go to the Dashboard tab.
2.Pres Add Custom Panel, enter any report url and hit OK.
3.Click on the nut icon and save the panel with any name.
4.Refresh the page or hit F5.
Actual Results:  
The recently added panel disappears.

Expected Results:  
The added panel should be persistent.
Version: unspecified → 2.0
When you click save, you are not saving the panel, you are saving the report. You will notice the report in the reports tab on the product dashboard.

Saving multiple panels is already on the todo list.
