Details

The current Change Multiple Bugs feature is great for doing bulk changes, where you want all the selected tickets to get the same set of changes. But it would be nice if I could have finer grain edits, where I could edit any field in the 2d table (perhaps with a "save" button) and then do a bulk change. The reason I'm asking for this is that often I'm doing regular project reviews where we're listing all the related bugs and want to edit the status/ownership for each ticket. But this requires I open each individual ticket, which is cumbersome. Instead, I'm currently coordinating the tickets using an exported excel spreadsheet.
This could be done with a YUI datatable, probably.

This would be a perfect application for a YUI datatable. I'm already using YUI for basic searches, etc. But somehow I thought the Bugzilla team did not yet want to support external components such as YUI?
