STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
===================

- select a WCAP calendar
- right click the clendar view and open the 'new event' dialog in the context menu
- enter a title
- check the 'all day' box
- create a recurrring rule
- save the event
- then delete a single occurrence of this rule
- reload the calendar view

RESULT:
=======

- the deleted event is back

EXPECTED RESULT:
================

- the event should be deleted

REPRODUCIBLE:
=============

- always

Same scenario with a 'auto allday' recurrence (event created by double clicking the all day section in the calendar view) works without this bug.

Maybe this issue is duplicate to bug 438963 or bug 437420

This is a WCAP only bug. It is not possible for me to reproduce this issue with local storage, webdav or caldav calendars.

Praveen B. told me the essential problem is that cs cannot cope with different timezones for start and end. Thus the better fix is to only use &tzid=. Reopening.
