M16 Windows version.
M16 showed repeated, maligned, & incorrectly scaled images on this page, when
used on Win98SE OS. When rendered on a Win2000 installation of M16, it correctly
renders for the first time only, if the user refreshes some blank black
rectangles are rendered in place of the some images.
The Win98 problem was extremely bad, I can supply a screen capture if desired.

See attached .zip for screen capture of Win98 problem.
I've confirmed this bug using build 062808 on Windows 2000. It looks like some
table background images are not being painted when a page is reloaded.
Updating component to HTML Tables and setting default owner.

looks fine to me. Linux cvs build 071421. Maybe the problem has been fixed?
