request.cgi is sorta the unloved variant of buglist.cgi

people expect to be able to do everything that they can w/ buglist from request.

one of the major ones is this:
view request queue as rss (so that you can subscribe to it)

Yeah, this would definitely be nice. I'm surprised there isn't already a bug for this?

Please do, this way I could integrate requests with my igoogle page. Maybe as an alternative, allow an advanced query by requestee so we can use buglist.cgi
