TEST OS: Win XP SP2, Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.3 i686, Ubuntu 7.10 32-bit, Fedora 8
64-bit
FIREFOX: GranParadiso/3.0.1pre 200806
STR:
1. Open 15 tabs
2. Resize to the left most of the way
3. Resize back to the right slowly
RESULT:
Eventually, the tabs pop over to fill the bar.
Exception: Tabs should not fill the tab bar if they are at their max size.
EXPECTED:
The tabs should dynamically fill the space.
Updated STR:
1. Open 15 tabs
2. Resize to the left most of the way
3. Allow tabs to shift to the left
4. Resize back to the right slowly
