The following patch solves two issues: - Several untranslated UI items that showed through in the Preferences dialogs. - Reshuffling of keyboard shortcuts, and some translation labels, in order to align the FF3 translation with some other significant l10n efforts in Serbian. - As a consequence, alt+d is returned to its original function.

Use the fixed1.9.0.1 keyword when landed, and replace it with the verified1.9.0.1 keyword when the fixes are verified on builds from ftp.
