We've been having some intermittent connection issues using the current setup, which is old SSL. We'd like to try setting up TLS and give that a shot. If that's alright then we'd need to open up port 5222 on chat-support.mozilla.com as well. Thanks!

Just to clarify, is 5223 still available? We're trying to switch back and getting a 500 error
actually nvm, we were always using 5222 for the place I'm trying to switch.
