we want to make the comment data more usable (at https://survey.mozilla.com/results/comments/?collection=). when looking at the comment data, using the "start" and "end" date range function doesn't work. could we see one of two possible solutions: (1) get the date range functionality to work for comments, or (2) even better, could we add a "download to csv" button (or something like that) for exporting purposes?

This is also an IT bug - it sounds like the perl script to generate the CSV files is no longer running. IT, please make sure /app/perl/build_uninstall_survey_csvs.pl is running and is configured properly.

Hasn't been correctly running since the move the php5 cluster. :(
It's running now.
