moz linux build 2000062820 is having issues w/ javascript popup windows. it's a
little like bug 34217, but now it does something different. 

reproduce:
1. go to tvguide.com
2. click any link to display info about that show

results : 
1. javascript window pops up w/ the correct information, but the browser window
is cleared and a javascript:<function name>(arguments) is put into the url bar. 

expected results : 
window should not clear.

i'm seeing this on other sites as well, such as http://www.maximonline.com
