djst makes the great suggestion that on http://support-stage.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ActiveX?login, we should move the "Posting Comments:" content block below the "Post New Comment" form textarea.

My guess would be below the "Submit" and "Preview" buttons, although folks might be less inclined to read, that way (less clutter, though).

Thoughts?

(This UI only appears in the logged-in state, BTW.)
Summary: Move "Posting Comments:" tips section below "Post New Comment:" form textarea. → [logged in] Move "Posting Comments:" tips section below "Post New Comment:" form textarea.

Shrunk it down so that it fits in that area, a much easier fix that still encourages people to read it before hitting the submit button.

Looks great for Firefox 3, so I'm verifying; this is going to need Opera 9.5/IE 6/7 lovin' (Safari 3.1.1 is fine).

I've filed bug 443092 for that.
