Please type about:crashes as URL in FF and post the ID, the crash details doesn't help, we need only he ID.
I downloaded the latest version and installed the FF plugin and I have not been been able to crash yet using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0.

It doesn't crash if you disable the addon ? If it works without IDM then you have ask the IDM developers for help. They can write a bug report if they find a bug in Firefox but we can not analyze their code to find the problems if the bug is in their addon. All crashes are different but they are ending in jemalloc.c : 0 mozcrt19.dll extent_tree_szad_s_RB_REMOVE_COLOR jemalloc.c:1976 0 mozcrt19.dll arena_dalloc_small jemalloc.c:4094 0 mozcrt19.dll memcpy memcpy.asm:188 the other ones are still processed..
