Windows crashes with blue screen when printing a page from firefox using FinePrint 2000 Dispatcher.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start windows with FinePrint 2000 dispatcher running
2.open firefox and navegate somewhere
3.print the page, selecting as printer, FinePrint 2000 dispatcher.
Actual Results:  
Windows XP crashes with a blue screen; all open work is lost and you have to reinitiate the pc.

Expected Results:  
The page is printed and opens in FinePrint dispatcher for process.

Firefox is a userspace application and can not crash/freeze or cause a BSOD on windows. Only kernel mode drivers or hardware problems can cause such things.
It's clear that the fineprint printer driver caused your BSOD and you have to ask the fineprint developers for help. It doesn't matter if you get this BSOD only with Firefox, it's still a bug in the fineprint printer driver.
There is nothing we can do, we can't know what's causing the fineprint driver to crash...

Thanks for the response,
I only want yo say that this problem doesn't happens with Internet Explorer 6.0 browser, and this can be a problem for those people like me who are migrating to Firefox 3.0 from internet explorer.

Sure, it's a problem for you but we can not fix bugs in driver software and we have no access to the source code of this driver.
