442523 - Clean up some unused Pinstripe bits

* msgCompSecurityInfo.css seems more like CSS theater than anything, but since there are four empty copies in the tree, we should have them in four jar.mns (or zero, if someone can say for sure that it doesn't help anyone at all)

* smbtn1.gif is what suite uses (used, for Classic where this was copied from) for the Security toolbarbutton in Compose - ours is in compose-toolbar.png

* button.css is how suite themes do button theming, because it's @included in communicator.css. Since ours isn't, we have less than no need for an empty file

* toolbar-pintripe-overlay.png is a leftover from the pre-Unified days

* addressingWidget.css is the unused and unjarred copy - the actually used rules are in messengercompose.css

* splitter.css was going to be part of the 2.0 refresh, but then it wasn't, and now it's just unjarred and unloved
