442525 - Cannot drag from location bar to bookmark burrowing down 3 levels

Drag from location bar to toolbar bookmarks/bookmarks.  Then drag down two layers, and when attempt to drag to the 3rd layer, the 2nd & 3rd layers close hence cannot drop the bookmark where desired.  Also sometimes have difficulty even reaching the 1st layer!

Perhaps relative, notice that all BM's are highlighted on each level until cursor reaches that level, then highlighting shuts off, except 3rd layer which remains on until the level disappears.

The only workaround found is to use the sidebar, which is not my preferred method - in fact,I dislike using it due to inability to see call columns and it's simply an additional step.
