This is with my usual profile,
or dumb Pop3 or Imap4 account profiles.

Moving here from bug 365723 comment 11,
as Unconfirmed until I narrow the (profile) triggering cause.

NB:
Leak Monitor extension v0.4.2 reports Leak + Reclaim.
I'd like to avoid this annoyance,
but it's not an actual memory leak otherwise.

1. Open a message in its own window.
2. Ctrl+W (Close Message window), or Alt+F4.
2r. Wait a little, then get leak (and later reclaim):

SM has the same <charsetOverlay.js> as TB, plus the 2 others.

These may yet be related (= showing in) to TB bug 442478 and SM bug 442478.

Fwiw, this is not bug 438927, which was already checked in.

Serge, bug 438927 is still open. Did you make any progress on this bug ?
