Depends on bug 442549 to get branch approval, doesn't cause any errors if its not applied though. This patch adds a "Create a new calendar" line with the calendar icon to the central account pane, visible when clicking on an account in the folder pane.

branch doesn't contain the ids, but I've requested branch approval for bug 442549. Checked in on HEAD and MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH -> FIXED
