Firefox Help & Tutorials are not localizable.
If I active the "interface translation" option, and click on the º at the end of the string, a pop-ups is shown.
I enter the translation, click on submit and click on "Close".
The page is reloaded but the title don't change.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Activate "interface translation" (or something similar in English)
2.Click on º at the end of the "Firefox Help & Tutorials" string
3.Enter a translated string and click submit.
4.Close and reload the page.
Actual Results:
The title is not changed
Expected Results:
Should contain a translated string
