The front page of hg.mozilla.org lists a bunch of repositories, but not hg.mozilla.org/build, which contains another repository. Could we make /build linked from the front page?
I thought hgweb would support this, but it doesn't, so we'll need some other solution for build and the various other directories that should be displayed (webtools, labs, users, etc.). Maybe just edit the template to manually list the directories at the bottom of http://hg.mozilla.org/? dunno..
I think can get the build repositories to show up on the front page, but they would be ugly looking entries like the projects/2007-configure-rewrite one. Would you rather just point people to hg.m.o/build or have ugly front page entries?
Aravind: ugly and functional beats pretty and not-working, for the moment :-) The http://hg.mozilla.org/ front page should be a complete list IMO. Gerv
Pointing folks to http://hg.mozilla.org/build/ is just as functional without cluttering up the main page with group specific repositories. In any case, I want the build team to weigh in on this (ccing them). Also your suggestion of having all the repos on the main page would clutter it with projects from labs, build, and not to mention the countless user repos.
I don't have a strong opinion about this. I don't think most people care about what's in that repository, but I don't think there's a reason to explicitly hide it from people.
I made a template change so the repo layouts show up in all the index pages. Please take a look at it and let me know if its acceptable.
Aravind: looks great to me. (Presumably that list will update itself if more appear?) Gerv
Nope, its manual. We will update it as necessary.
