44289 - offline and back online then crash on dns lookup

tested 062914 mozilla bits build.  Could reproduce on Mac but not on NT(062914).
steps to reproduce:
1.  launch mozilla browser
2.  click the online/offline switch thing in the status bar.
3.  click it again so you're back online.
4.  type cnn.com (or any other URL) into the addressbar.
5.  hit enter to visit cnn.com

results: crash
