checkboxes stay big when I'm decreasing the size of a page with [Ctrl]+[-]
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a website with checkboxes and other things
2.decrease it with [Ctrl]+[-]
Actual Results:
the checkboxes won't be decreased but the other things will
Expected Results:
the checkboxes should be decreased

Yep! I can confirm that this indeed does happen. When you hold down Ctrl and scroll to decrease the page size, text boxes, drop down boxes, and other controls get small but the Radio Buttons and Check Boxes stay the same size.
Confirmed on Mozilla Firefox Nightly.
