When logged in to the above URL, and scrolled down to the "Post New Comment" form, there are serious layout issues with:

* IE 6 / 7
* Opera 9.5

OK -- actually, IE 7's not _that_ bad, but please try to fix :-)

Sigh; the screenshot in comment 0 of "Opera 9.5" was actually of Opera 9.27 (as any astute user of 9.5 would know, seeing as its chrome is completely different-looking), but the same bug remains in 9.5.  The good news, however, is that 9.5 fixed whatever issue was causing the "Contributor Tools" section to render in the very lower left of the page, so a bug averted on that :-)

r16654, r16655.  My IE7 VM isn't working so I couldn't verify there, but works on Opera and IE6, so should be fine on IE7 (*fingers crossed*)

Verified FIXED, for the most part.

Spun off the remaining layout issue for IE 6/7, Safari over in bug 449162.
