I have added a remote addressbook and selected it for autocomplete. Whenever the users starts typing and the autocomplete list is displayed and is starting to be filled, the user sometimes click on an entry while the request is not done processing and then, only the first entry is selected even though the user may have clicked on another entry.
This does not happen when all the autocomplete requests are completed.
The problem arises with the SOGo Connector's CardDAV implementation, but also with LDAP addressbooks. I used a traffic shaper to emulate a slow connection.

Someone needs to decide this is important enough to devote their time to tracking down and fixing.  While this is an unfortunate bug, it doesn't feel like it something we'd hold Thunderbird 3 for, were it the last bug, and we already do have plenty of bugs that do meet that criteria.  Marking as wanted-thunderbird3+, so folks looking for stuff to work on that way can see it.
