User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.0; WOW64; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506; Media Center PC 5.0) Build Identifier: Firefox auto update from V2 to next version When opening firefox on my HP Pavilion dv9000 (intel core2) laptop, I was propted to upgrade firefox. I clicked to do the upgrade and recieved a "blue screen of death" and the system rebooted. Once rebooted I tried to open a firefox browser and a window with the "Software licence agreement" came up. I selected "I accept the terms of the licence agreement" and click OK, but the window does not close and firefox does not start. The option to click ok is NOT greyed out, it simply does nothing when clicked. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. accept the prompted automatic update when opening a firefox browser 2. wait for system to reboot after it "blue screen" crashes 3. click firefox icon to open a firefox browser window 4. select I accept the terms of the licence agreement 5. click OK Actual Results: the "Software licence agreement" window does not close. It remains open, I can navigate within it, etc, but clicking "ok" does nothing and firefox does not start. Expected Results: Not crash, and allow me to open a firefox browser window after agreeing to the "Software licence agreement". themes are turned off on my laptop. Hugh, do you still see this problem?

Version: unspecified → 1.9.0 Branch
These specs are rather specific and something that we should keep around until it can be verified. Let's remove the close me status for now unless Rob has any objections to that.

We no longer display the license agreement page and it sounds like either the cause of the blue screen or the OS crash may have corrupted something. There really isn't much we can do here so resolving -> incomplete.

Ah, yes. It completely slipped my mind. Thanks for the heads up, Rob.
