Running this release also requires you to regenerate .htaccess using the
htaccess.sh script.

We would like to do this either tonight or tomorrow, as discussed.  I filed a separate bug for load test (bug 443256) which this depends on.

We did not load test the application. Did not have enough time to do staging and load testing since last evening when the bug was filed.  So we did not push the code either.
