443418 - When Weave finishes syncing after Firefox was closed, it kills every new Firefox windows

When one closes all Firefox windows, Weave starts to sync (it even pops a box).

It is possible, however, to open new Firefox windows and continue to browse the web, whilst it is still syncing.

When the syncing is done, Weave automatically closes all new windows and all the tabs are lost.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Close all Firefox windows
2. Re-Open Firefox while the Weave-syncing box is showing
3. When Weave finishes the syncing process, it will close every 'new' Firefox windows


Expected Results:  
Weave should not close new Firefox windows

Suggestion/Request: When this bug is fixed, also change the annoying pop-up window to a task pane icon with a balloon that only pops up the first time Weave is syncing after Firefox is closed.

Firefox should not allow new windows to be opened while it is shutting down.

I'm not sure I understand comment #2.  The pop-up appears to inform the user that shutdown is being delayed.  One alternative would be a modal dialog, but that doesn't sound any less annoying.  In any case, that would be a different bug.

Weave 0.3 does not have the sync-on-quit window, so this is no longer a problem.
