This is a support question and support questions doesn't belong into bugzilla. Please use http://support.mozilla.com /Forums) for help as enduser. For your problem: Please run Firefox in the Firefox safemode. Firefox should start in the safemode up to 90% and that means that an addon caused this and you should disable the addon in tools/addon Manager and Firefox should start again in the normal mode. http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/safe+mode
