443540 - Virtual folder counts changes are doubled when folder recreated

When I delete a virtual folder, then recreate it with the same name, messages seem to get counted twice when displaying the unread and total counts for the folder.

Steps to recreate (using POP3)

1. Create a virtual folder called "test" with search of "Subject contains test" of the local inbox.
2. Delete the folder, and create it again.
3. Send an email matching the filter (subject "test")

Expected results: Unread count of 1 on test
Actual results: Unread count of 2 on test

Counts changes return to normal when TB is exited, then re-entered.
