Actualy  in this application Not allowance new Tab button in tool bars.
we go on file menu & click new tab,& then new tab is open.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.write specified web address like url/www.hotmail.com
2.click on new tab button on tool bar for open new web address 
3.write new web address on new tab like url/www.gmai.com
Actual Results:  
Not Allowed New Tab Button in Application tool Bar.

Expected Results:  
New Tab Should be open by cliking new tab button & open new web address.

If we use this process is very eassy to handle.
It is also user friendly & Easy Handling it.
Go on File Menu & click new Tab is very long & critical process

Which product/version are you using ?
What does this have to do with Address Book ?

and I have a hard time figuring out what the steps/description want to achieve exactly.
