This user needs read/write access via https with LDAP authentification to:
svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/{locale}
svn.mozilla.org/addons/trunk/site/app/locale/{locale}

Marcia, If some new committers agreement should be signed by Patipat, please give him the steps.

By email, meaning scanned document is ok? Or you mean snail mail btw (http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/notification/)?

Patipat's hard copy of the committer's agreement will be in the mail tomorrow.  If a copy can be faxed to Mozilla Corp. that would also be helpful but not necessary.

Can I get an account before Aug 9th due to we will have a localisation sprint to finish everything before Aug 30th.

Marcia, the Thai team is planning an event this weekend to get the last bits updated.  They would really appreciate it if Patipat's CVS access could be granted by Aug. 9th (which is Aug. 8th in the US.)  If you don't think we can approve this request by the 8th, please let us know so that they can plan around that.  Hopefully you've received the request in your email?

For anonymous browsing and checkout, use http://svn.mozilla.org

The svn url for locale related checkins/checkouts will be
svn+ssh://svn.mozilla.org/addons/trunk/site/app/locale/{locale}/
and svn+ssh://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/{locale}/

Your e-mail address will be your svn login as well.  You can pass this user
name directly on the svn url in the command line, but some svn clients get
confused with commands like this.  In the example below substitute
'[e-mail]' with your e-mail address.

svn co svn+ssh://[e-mail]@svn.mozilla.org/blah

They interpret 'host.tld' to be the svn repository host name and
svn.mozilla.org to be the revision.  In unix environments, to get around this
(client confusion), put this in your ~/.ssh/config

Host svn.mozilla.org
User [e-mail]

Then, you can simply use "svn co svn+ssh://svn.mozilla.org/blah"

Please refer to copious google search results to get this working on non-unix
platforms.
