Attachment: Corrected a few omissions in the translation based on user suggestions.

Updated the translation based on user suggestions.
    
    	* po/sr/browser/chrome/browser/aboutDialog.dtd.po: Removed the
    	text "О програму" from the title bar in order to shorten the
    	label, the window being too narrow to show all the text.
    
    	* po/sr/toolkit/chrome/global/editMenuOverlay.dtd.po: Corrected
    	the redo key from Ctrl+П to Ctrl+Y.
    	Corrected the other control keys to be uppercase.  No impact to
    	the functionality, but a consistency change.
    
    	* po/sr/toolkit/chrome/global/charsetOverlay.dtd.po: Corrected the
    	character encoding names.  All first letters to lower case.
    
    	* po/sr/browser/chrome/browser/aboutDialog.dtd.po: Shortened the
    	button label on the about link, which should make the text fit in
    	the about box.
    
    	* po/sr/browser/chrome/browser/credits.dtd.po: Corrected the
    	translator's names.
    
    	* po/sr/browser/chrome/browser/browser.dtd.po: Removed shortcut
    	key clash between &Додаци and По&даци о страни in the Tools menu.
