User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0

When you hover over an element with a title, the text is displayed on multiple lines with one word on each line.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a page with an element that has a title tooltip
2.Hover over it
Actual Results:
Tooltip on many lines

Expected Results:
Tooltip on line line
Version: unspecified → 3.0 Branch
Do you care to give an example of that ?
I wrote a short example page here:
http://yurukov.net/share/ff_bug.html
WFM with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0

Can you reliably reproduce this? Long tooltips are supposed to wrap to multiple lines in Firefox 3, but the tooltip in your example isn't that long should not be triggering that many wraps.
It has been happening ever since I got the FF 3.0. Each time the tooltip breaks after each word.

Something just came to me. It may not be relevant, but when I installed 3.0, I didn't uninstall 2.0. I think the installer deleted the old version. Yet it may be that some lib from the old one is still in use. However in the 2.0 version the tooltip was ok.
WFM also. It may be something in your profile, or with an extension.

Ok, you were right, I turned off my add-ons one by one and it turned out that Firebug was causing the problem. I am using version 1.2.0b4. I will forward the bug to them.
