NO PROBLEM UNTIL THEN; PLEASE HELP I DO NOT WANT TO GO TO INTEERNET EXPLOREER. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.DO WHAT IT SAYS BUT STILLHAVE SAME PROBLEM 2. 3. PLEASE HELP
Not security sensitive. There is not any information in this report to help diagnose and fix the problem you are having. I expect the problem is due to either an add-on or a plugin, but it is difficult to say with so little information. Enter about:crashes in the location bar and hit enter. Can you list the crash ids that you see there? You may be able to get help from the support forums especially with respect to temporarily disabling plugins or add-ons that may be causing the crashes: See http://www.mozilla.org/support/ Please read the following before filing new bugs or adding more information. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=etiquette.html http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Bug_writing_guidelines Using all-caps is equivalent to shouting and isn't normally appreciated. The most important part is to give us the exact steps to reproduce the crash including the urls of the pages you visited and the actions you took.

Did you submit a mozilla crash report ? If you did, enter about:crashes as URL and post the crash ID. If the Mozilla crash reporter didn't come up after the crash then disable the Flash plugin in tools/addons and try it again Do you also crash in the Firefox safemode ? - http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode
i do not understand what you are wanting

Sorry but we can not help you here. This is a technical bug database and you can not get support here. Please use http://support.mozilla.com (Forums) for help or try the live chat there.

PLEASE, help me; i have posted several times to this site already; how can it be wrong
It's wrong because it's the wrong site, this is the internal bug database for developers and normally expects to deal with technical details gathered by our tech support and advanced users. With your problem we're at the "My car is making a funny noise" stage, which when it comes to cars is about as good as I get personally, but doesn't help my mechanic any. You don't send the car back to the factory to be redesigned for a funny noise, first you have the mechanics check it out. It might just be a loose belt they can adjust or a clump of mud in the tire rims making it unbalanced. http://support.mozilla.com is our equivalent to taking a car into the shop to get checked out. Of course if it's not a minor adjustment (like upgrading your plugins) then we'll have to fix Firefox and issue an update, the software equivalent of a "recall". If we're _still_ not making any sense you might be happier going back to the older version. We will still be supporting that with security fixes for some time, and we will prompt users to upgrade to the newer Firefox 3 when we've worked out some of the early plugin and site incompatibility issues. You can get the old version here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html be sure you uninstall Firefox 3 before installing Firefox 2, the older installer doesn't always know how to clean up after the new features in the newer version.
