Green bar doesn't show special characters when EV certificate has 'ñ' as shown here: www.juegosonce.com

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
ref bug 237077 and bug 243738
Same on Firefox 3.1/b2
Another example: https://www.cajaespana.net/
These are both likely problems with the certificate not specifying the text encoding properly. We do display UTF-8 when properly encoded (e.g. https://www.myssl.cn/ ).

For reference, see bug 458745 which I think this bug can be dup'd against.

Correct, yes. Verisign (the issuer of both certificates in question) still incorrectly encodes UTF-8 strings as TeletexStrings (the certificate for cajaespana.net was only issued two weeks ago).
