On mozad.css, include a link to "Ask a question", but use different wording.

I would still like anonymous users reading how to contribute docs to get a link to "Ask a question" at the bottom.
- "Ask a Question" is currently using mozad.css until the generic stylesheet is created; so we need to wait until that stylesheet is created before fixing this.
- We can't use the same wording "Still need help?" Perhaps something like "Need help with Firefox?"

There is currently a generic stylesheet, but it has not been tested. Someone needs to make a test page with it so Stephen can make sure everything looks right, then you can use it for pages like this.

Generally, I think it should be on every page available to people not logged in.

My question remains though.
End users shouldn't end up on contributor pages unless they click on How to Contribute. Adding the link to every page would add it to e.g. Ask a Question too, which is totally pointless.

'Ask a question' uses mozgn.css, so this bug doesn't apply to it.
Looking at the page metrics, there's no way to tell if the visitors are logged in or not; but if we use a page like "Dynamic Content" as a case study, in February 11.8% visitors entered the site via that page. Another 11.8% came via tiki-wiki_rankings.php, and 11.3% from tiki-searchresults.php. That's items 2, 3, and 4 on the list of previous pages.

We should fix the search so it doesn't show how to contribute docs in the results for logged out end users. I believe the new search takes care of that.
The rankings page absolutely sucks, but maybe there's a way to filter out contributor docs there too?

I understand that those can be prevented by fixing other bugs, but the point is that we cannot prevent people from ending up on those pages from other referrers.
I guess the question is whether or not it is easy (or obvious) for users arriving on those pages by mistake to get to support pages.

I'm going to wontfix this bug. I understand your point, Chris, but I don't think this is a real problem. Users who end up on How to Contribute when looking for support are at the wrong place, and my guess is that these people will either go back or leave the page, not scroll down to the end of the article to look for a link to another page.
