"find" toolbar cannot get focus if a checkbox form element has focus

visit any page with a form that has a checkbox input. Click the checkbox to give it focus then press ctrl+F/command+F to activate the "Find" toolbar at the bottom of the window. The toolbar will appear but it's text entry box will not get focus.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.visit any page with a form that has a checkbox input.
2.Click the checkbox to give it focus then press ctrl+F/command+F to activate the "Find" toolbar at the bottom of the window.
3.try to type the text you want to find on the page
Actual Results:
The toolbar will appear but it's text entry box will not get focus.
Expected Results:
the find toolbar's text input area should have received focus
